A.M.P. - Achieve More and Prosper
The Achieve More and Prosper (A.M.P.) Out of School Youth and Young Adult Programs provides mentoring for youth in many forms - including workforce development training, career pre-employment coaching and job placement for youth and young adults (ages 16-24 years old) that are seeking support to overcome life’s obstacles.
The CCMEP Achieve More & Prosper (A.M.P.) Program for Out-of School Youth (OSY) is a workforce development initiative designed for young adults, ages 16-24.
The program consists of comprehensive case management which will assist program participants in the following areas:
Career-specific industry recognized credentials and certifications
Work readiness training and employability coaching
Computer and Financial literacy
Life skills
Educational support and access to post-secondary education opportunities

Career Exploration, Coaching and Work Readiness Training
Guidance and Counseling Resources
Parenting Classes and Support
Financial Support for Help with Financial Barriers, Child Care, Transportation, Work Uniforms and Tools, Technology, and Textbook
Eligibility Requirements:
Must live in Franklin County and have one of the following barriers.
Contact with the justice system
Contact with foster care
Documented disability
Homeless/Runaway
Pregnant/Parenting
Low-income
Deficient in basic skills
