  • Self Sufficiency Coordinator - Workforce Innovation

    Works with individuals participating in the Workforce Innovation department with full scope of programming. Coaches, mentors, facilitates and case manages to assists individuals set employment-related goals and address barriers to employment within the scope of the agency’s policies, procedures, and budget. Learns of available resources and employment opportunities. Helps clients establish an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) and follows up to ensure implementation. 

  • Housing Navigation Specialist - Housing Services

    The Housing Navigator plays a vital role in supporting individuals and families in securing safe, affordable, and sustainable housing solutions. This position is responsible for assessing the unique needs of adults, youth, and families to identify appropriate housing resources, determine program eligibility, and connect participants to supportive services that promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

  • Customer Service Representative - Call Center

    Works directly with customers on an individual basis and/or provides program and general Agency information via telephone, e-mail and chat in a call center environment. Identifies additional customer needs and makes recommendations for referrals to additional programs. Provides customer education and referrals on a variety of topics. 

  • Emergency Assistance Representative I - HEAP/PIPP

    Works directly with customers on an individual basis and/or provides program and general Agency information via telephone and in person. Verifies and processes information to determine eligibility for private, state and federally funded programs. Identifies additional customer needs and makes recommendations for referrals to additional programs. Provides customer education on a variety of topics.

  • Community Advocate - Part Time - Outreach

    The Community Advocate’s aim is to collect community views, understand community needs, and identify possible challenges and community-based solutions. This will be achieved by neighborhood canvassing, phone calls, attending meetings, and other relevant means of communication. The end goal of the Community Advocate is to inform the public, specifically BIPOC residents, about environmental equity issues, especial solar energy, weatherization, and electrification.
