Plans, manages, and monitors activities of the department to ensure goals and outcomes are accomplished within allowable activities and funding parameters. Responsible for the ongoing management, training and development of the Empowerment Services team.

The Manager – City Weatherization Programs is a dynamic and energetic, outreach and project leader responsible for driving the City Weatherization Programs. This position will also be responsible for the replication of the City Weatherization Program in other targeted neighborhoods. While performing multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellence by being detailed oriented, possessing good communication and organizational skills, and effectively utilizing Microsoft Office and other related software.

The Self Sufficiency Coordinator (SSC) will support the transition of program participants as they address identified barriers to self-sufficiency. Utilizing a case management model, the SSC will maintain a positive and productive relationship with the client base to coach, mentor, and facilitate activities that meet the Individual Employment Plan (IEP) and Department need.
