IMPACT Community Action is requesting quotes for an Executive Coaching Consultant.  In addition to a monetary quote, please provide a brief overview of your coaching model and the number of sessions recommended over a one-year period.

RFQ Submissions must include:

 

1.       Your name

2.      Your company name

3.      Telephone number

4.      Contact person's email address 

5.      Three (3) professional references

a.      Each reference must include: 1) name, 2) relationship, 3) phone number, and 4) email

All solicitors/businesses with whom IMPACT contracts must, after acceptance of the quote, meet the following criteria:

 

1.       The entity must be registered/licensed to do business in the State of Ohio and in Good Standing.

2.      The entity must be able to provide proof of Liability Insurance and a current W9 Tax Form

3.      No bid or quotation may be accepted from any individual or company on the State of Ohio's debarment list.

RFQ submissions will be scored on: 1) Experience, 2) Price, and 3) Availability


RFQ Timeline

·         Monday, June 6 - RFQ distributed

·         Friday, June 17 at noon - RFQ submission deadline

·         Monday, June 20 - RFQ responses will be reviewed

·         Friday, June 24 – Executive Coaching contract will be awarded

·         Friday, July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 – Anticipated Contract Period

 

Scope of Contract Work

The Executive Coaching Consultant will work with the Vice-President of Housing programs and the Vice-President of Workforce Programs.  These two positions were created in November 2021 as the agency experienced unprecedented growth and needed additional Executive leadership.  Both VPs have made significant contributions to our organization and we want to support their ongoing professional development by providing them with an Executive Coach.  We are seeking a coach who can assist with objectives that include but are not limited to following:

1.       Serve as an objective and supportive 3rd party

2.      Assist VPs with clarifying their personal and professional goals

3.      Share best practices from other organizations

4.      Review strategic business decisions related to operations

5.      Navigate the social, relational and political terrain inside and outside of IMPACT
