Position(s) Available

  • Job Summary: Works with individuals participating in the Empowerment Services department full scope of programming. Coaches, mentors, facilitates and assists individuals to set employment-related goals and address barriers to employment within the scope of the agency’s policies, procedures, and budget. Learns of available resources and employment opportunities. Helps clients establish an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) and follows up to ensure implementation.

  • Serves as a supervisor for a team of 5-7 Emergency Assistance Representatives I and II, temporary staff and customers to maintain efficient application process/customer workflow. Assists Program Manager in scheduling appointments and producing reports. Verify the accuracy of the Emergency Services processes through quality control reviews of client files. Responds to State inquiries about client complaints. Works directly with customers on an individual basis and/or provides program and general Agency information via telephone and in person. Verifies and processes customer information to determine eligibility for private, state and federally funded programs. Identifies additional customer needs and makes recommendations for referrals to additional programs. Provides customer education on a variety of topics.

  • Under direction of Weatherization Program Director and/or designee, performs assigned weatherization measures in accordance with the Weatherization Program Standards and Agency policies and procedures. Responsible for assigned work meeting the integrity of energy housing system components, considering both interior and exterior surface areas, critical junctions for the attic floor, sidewalls, foundation, hazards, health and safety. Assist with inventory management and performs energy efficiency audits.
