Position(s) Available

  • Job Summary: Directs the day-to-day Finance operations for the agency. Performs bank reconciliations,
    produces income and expense reports as well as government reports. Creates and maintains a highperformance
    environment.

  • Job Summary: Manages workforce development program. Develops, implements, and manages program policies, practices, and processes. Oversees and directs team assigned to implement specific program services.

  • Job Summary: Works directly with customers on an individual basis and/or provides program and general Agency information via telephone and in person. Verifies and processes customer information to determine eligibility for private, state and federally funded programs. Identifies additional customer needs and makes recommendations for referrals to additional programs. Provides customer education on a variety of topics

  • Job Summary: The Emergency Assistance Representative III verifies the accuracy of the HEAP and Emergency Services processes through quality control reviews of client files. Responds to State inquiries about client complaints. Works directly with customers on an individual basis and/or provides program and general Agency information via telephone and in person. Verifies and processes customer information to determine eligibility for private, state and federally funded programs. Identifies additional customer needs and makes recommendations for referrals to additional programs. Provides customer education on a variety of topics.

  • Job Summary: Responsible for providing customer service and security support to the Agency. Serves visitors and program participants by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; notifies Agency personnel of visitors’ arrival. Monitors premises by patrolling the property. Identifies, anticipates and resolve potential security issues as warranted. Ensures individuals follow security guidelines as indicated by the Agency. Performs basic clerical and other functions in support of Agency operations.
