Position(s) Available

  • Job Summary: Responsible for providing customer service and security support to the Agency. Serves visitors and program participants by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; notifies Agency personnel of visitors’ arrival. Monitors premises by patrolling the property. Identifies, anticipates and resolve potential security issues as warranted. Ensures individuals follow security guidelines as indicated by the Agency. Performs basic clerical and other functions in support of Agency operations.

  • Job Summary: Works with individuals participating in the Empowerment Services department full scope of programming. Coaches, mentors, facilitates and assists individuals to set employment-related goals and address barriers to employment within the scope of the agency’s policies, procedures, and budget. Learns of available resources and employment opportunities. Helps clients establish an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) and follows up to ensure implementation.

  • Plans, organizes, delivers, and evaluates training programs to accomplish specific learning objectives that result in participants obtaining knowledge, skills and attitudes required to enhance their self-sufficiency.

  • Under the supervision of the AMP Coach Manager, the AMP Coach will be responsible for the full client care cycle of the Achieve More & Prosper (AMP) Program (Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program (CCMEP)) for an assigned case load. This includes recruitment, eligibility determination, comprehensive assessment, plan development, intensive case management, service delivery, referrals and follow up services within the scope of the Agency’s policies, procedures and budget; acts as a community liaison.

  • Under the supervision of the AMP Coach Manager, the AMP Coach II will be the liaison for established ISY/OSY partnerships, assist with training and technical assistance for AMP Coach team and manage the full client care cycle of the Achieve More & Prosper (AMP) Program (Comprehensive Case Management Employment Program (CCMEP)) for an assigned caseload. This includes recruitment, eligibility determination, comprehensive assessment, plan development, intensive case management, service delivery, referrals and follow up services within the scope of the Agency’s policies, procedures and budget.
