IMPACT Community Needs Assessment

We are preparing for the future, and we need your help today! Every two years, IMPACT Community Action (IMPACT) conducts a Community Needs Assessment to survey a cross-section of Columbus and Franklin County residents. The purpose of this Community Needs Assessment is to identify areas in which IMPACT can improve existing programs and services and/or create new programs and service offerings, based on feedback from the community.

IMPACT has developed five unique survey questionnaires for the following stakeholders: 1) Community Residents, 2) Community Representatives (i.e., elected officials and community leaders), 3) Funders, Donors and/or Volunteers, 4) Partners, and 5) Businesses and Vendors.  Please answer the one survey that best describes your stakeholder role in the community.

Results from the Community Needs Assessment will allow IMPACT to identify emerging trends and other opportunities that address the needs of low-income families and individuals. Additionally, results from the Community Needs Assessment will shape our design and delivery of specific programs and services to address those emerging trends and opportunities.

Please use the following links to access the Community Needs Assessment. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

By completing this survey, you make your voice heard and help IMPACT to assess gaps in services, identify resources to address needs, and to prioritize the programs and services that will help reduce poverty in Columbus and Franklin County.

Your responses will be tabulated automatically; and you may remain anonymous, if you would prefer. We are looking forward to receiving your views and opinions on our service to the community and how we can improve our service to the community.
