The Customer Satisfaction Survey is a way for you to tell us about your recent visit to IMPACT and your experience overall.  

IMPACT has developed two Customer Satisfaction Survey questionnaires for: 1) All Customers, and 2) Home Weatherization Assistance Program Customers (following in-home service work). Please answer the one survey that best describes your recent experience.

The results from these Customer Satisfaction Surveys will allow us to identify service gaps and/or ways to improve our service delivery, to measure the effectiveness of the assistance we provide our customers, and to enhance our customer service policies and procedures.
