Family Services Workforce Development Re-Entry Pilot -Through an intensive pre-release program, IMPACT worked with ex-offenders that were within ninety (90) days of release. Designed to provide a seamless transition and one-on-one support, the program leveraged community resources and referrals to address additional critical needs such as housing, transportation and healthcare. Computer Literacy -With support from the City of Columbus, IMPACT provided free computer training for individuals to become competitive within today's employment and educational arenas. This five-day accelerated course covers Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel 2007 and more. Seniors 55 years and older can enroll in a specialized Platinum Plus course. Mobile Medical Unit - In partnership with The Breathing Association, this medical bus-turned-roving doctor's office connects affordable health care services to local communities; bringing affordable health care services closer to their home.
