Workforce Development
To provide a system of services that supports eligible participant's efforts to find and maintain employment that lead to self-sufficiency.

Support of Self-Sufficiency
Using the family development concept, SOS will help families overcome barriers to self-sufficiency; thereby, reducing or eliminating their need to request emergency assistance in the future.
Earned Income Tax Credit Program
The Earned Income Tax Credit Program (EITC) provides free tax preparation to working low-income individuals and families by trained and certified volunteers through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA).
