E-HEAP

The Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (E-HEAP) assists low-income households that are threatened with a utility shut-off notice or that have run out of bulk fuel, such as oil or propane. E-HEAP programs include:

  • Winter Crisis Program (WCP)
  • Summer Crisis Program (SCP)
  • Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP)

PIPP is an extended payment arrangement that requires regulated gas and electric companies to accept payments based on a percentage of the monthly household income.

                                      SUPER SATURDAY'S CALENDAR             
 
 “Super Saturdays” is an outreach initiative of IMPACT’s 2010 Winter Crisis Program that was born out of a partnership with Bethel Temple Apostolic Church.  The program targets customers who do not currently have appointments for services. Since these customers would be seen on a first- come, first- served basis, these Saturday events enable income eligible households to access these services without taking time off from work.
 In collaboration with our 2010 community partners, we are hosting eight (8) Super Saturday events:
All Super Saturday Events will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
